Joey Lariz is a recent Stanford graduate with both a BA and MA in Linguistics. He now focuses on building custom internal infrastructure for mission-driven teams — developing AI-powered automations, workflow systems, and tools that support nonprofit operations at scale.
At The Gemma Project — a gender- and trauma-responsive reentry organization — Joey leads the design and implementation of internal platforms for task tracking, data management, and process automation. His work merges scripting, strategic operations, and AI integration to help small teams move with greater clarity, speed, and care.
With experience spanning public health coordination, multilingual outreach, and civic education, Joey brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to solving real-world challenges.
